Nick did a full basement reno for us, turning it into a suite for my wife’s parents.  He was professional and always excellent with communication and options.  Most impressive was the fact that he finished the reno ahead of schedule and on budget!  I would highly recommend Nick to anyone.  I have worked with several contractors before, but Nick has been by far the best.
